## Contact forms

Nippy saves the replies people send through forms on a hosted site, so a form
that discards its own submissions still reaches the site owner. Nothing needs
configuring, and the page is never rewritten — whatever the form already does
with a submission, it keeps doing.

When generating a site that Nippy will host:

- Use a real `<form>` element with a submit button. Fields inside a `<div>`
  with a click handler cannot be captured, because the browser raises no
  submit event for them.
- Give each field a `name`, or a descriptive `id` such as `email` or `message`.
  Labels are resolved from `name`, then `id`, then `<label for>`, then
  `aria-label`, then `placeholder`.
- Do not invent an `action` URL, a third-party endpoint, or a fake thank-you
  handler that only shows a message. The reply is recorded either way, and a
  fake handler tells the visitor something untrue.

Optional attributes, none of them required:

- `data-nippy-form="quote-request"` — name the form, and keep its identity
  stable across edits.
- `data-nippy-field="budget"` — set the label a field is stored under.
- `data-nippy-ignore` — never capture this form, or this one field.
- `data-nippy-capture` — capture a form that does not look like a contact form.

Never captured, whatever the markup says: passwords (and any form containing a
password field), payment-card fields, and file contents.
