Edit your site in the browser

Small changes to a Nippy site don’t need a re-upload. Every text-based file — HTML, CSS, JavaScript, plain text — can be opened from the site’s Files tab and edited right in the dashboard, with changes staged rather than published as they are typed.

New and replacement files can be dropped onto the same Files tab and they stage alongside the edits, so a typo fix, an updated price list, and a new photo can all be prepared together. Nothing touches the live site until the publish click; then everything goes live at once, worldwide in seconds, on the same address — links already shared keep working and now show the new version.

Binary files like images aren’t edited in place; replacing one means dropping in the new version, which joins the same staged batch. There is no build step and no deploy pipeline anywhere in this: the files are the site, and editing them is editing it.
